This is a great package for small programs. Low cost, low risk, yet has everything a client would get with a larger contract with Careerly. Same quality, same access to our premium Content, and same access to all our 31+ Coaches. The volume of coaching hours being on the lower side, this package is an effective way to extend coaching to a segment of students. For example, first year MBA students only, or college seniors only, or international students only. CSOs will, about 50% of the time, extend coaching to students only after they have done some groundwork with Career Services staff and met certain milestones.
45 Hours (90 appointments) of Coaching
45 credit hours equals 90 coaching appointments of 30 minutes each. In addition, we include 10 hours for prep and follow-up with individual students. Finally, admin costs, scheduling, and set-up are all-inclusive in the pricing. You may choose the coaches you wish to work with - i.e. a subset of the 31 coaches or the full set. We are fully flexible, and will work with you to review our coach bench and figure out optimal resource use.
