Previously (2013-2016) this product was our BEST SELLER. Perfect to cover a semester for a medium-large size program. Typ;ically we would do the whole school year for around $30K+, which was considered very reasonable by Career Services budgets.
Universities with this package automatically get Priority status. This means that, while the quality of service is the same, you get priority in choosing coaches, scheduling queue, and processing special student requests. The volume of coaching hours being on the higher side, this package is an effective way to extend coaching to a whole class or program. The CSO can still act as gatekeeper by extending our specialized coaching to students only after they have met with Career Services staff and worked on X milestones.
100 Coaching Hours
100 credit hours equals 200 coaching appointments of 30 minutes each. In addition, we include 20 hours for prep and follow-up with individual students. Finally, admin costs, scheduling, and set-up are all-inclusive in the pricing. You may choose the coaches you wish to work with - i.e. a subset of the 31 coaches or the full set. We are fully flexible, and will work with you to review our coach bench and provide optimal resource use.
