How long is a Session?
Sessions are 30 minutes. You may book 2 sessions consecutively and grab one whole hour with any coach.
Is it 5 hours of coaching in total?
It should be but it's rarely the case. We are conscientious types focused on offering our best help, and we do not like to skimp on an outcome or best practice. Inevitably the extra 10 -15 minutes necessary here and there add up. Moreover, we are diligent about sending you follow-up information, reminding you of agreed next steps, and just being there for you. This all takes time! In the end, with this package, previous stats show that we provide an average of 7 hours and 25 minutes of coaching time in total. The extra support to candidates on a consistent basis is one of the highlights of this package.
Can I book different coaches?
Yes. We want you to access and work with as many industry people as you need. Access to specific intel per job is a unique feature of the Careerly platform.
What if I want the same coach?
You can book all your time with the same coach. In fact, sometimes it will make more sense to stick to one coach, especially once you know your target area.
How long is the package valid for?ONE YEAR from the date of purchase.
Can I gift unused sessions/hours to a friend?YES. if after one year you still have not used up all your time, you may gift it to a new customer. As long as they are signed up, and subscribed to the Careerly platform.
